After The Fact Incorporated is an established Private Investigating Agency, and has been in operation for the last five years. Our investigators have more than 53 years of strong, effective experience in Civil, Criminal, Accident, and Federal Investigations.
Stephen J. Purdy, President
Steve has over twenty-three years of law enforcement experience with nine of those years as the Senior Accident Investigator for the City of Chamblee police department. As Senior Accident Investigator, Mr. Purdy’s responsibilities include forensic mapping and photography of accident scenes, interviewing witnesses and court testimony. Mr. Purdy’s resume` includes training at the Georgia Public Safety Training Center and Institute for Police Technology and Management in traffic accident reconstruction. He is a charter member in the Southeast Accident Reconstruction Society, a member of the Georgia Association of Professional Private Investigators, the Investigative Professional Association of Georgia, the South Carolina Association of Legal Investigators, the International Association of Auto Theft Investigators, and the Georgia Auto Theft Intelligence Council.
Ken Quintana, Vice President
Ken is a Georgia Registered Professional Engineer (#22154) and Land Surveyor (#2263) with more than twenty years experience in the land surveying and civil engineering profession. His education includes an A.A.S. in Surveying Technology (Coastal Carolina Community College, 1974) and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering (Georgia Institute of Technology, 1983). Mr. Quintana’s professional memberships include Georgia Society of Professional Engineers and the Southeast Accident Reconstruction Society (charter member).
Russ Bridgers, Investigator
Russ has over twenty-eight years of law enforcement experience with twelve of those years in the Special Operations Unit for the City of Chamblee police department. He is a State of Georgia Certified Law Enforcement Instructor teaching at the Georgia Public Safety Training Center and local academies throughout the state. During the twelve years in Special Opps. he was a Police Motorcycle Officer whose responsibilities include accident investigations, accident scenes photography, interviewing witnesses and court testimony. Russ also has extensive experience in drug operations and surveillance.
